You can cancel your order within two weeks after you have received it. You can return new, unopened items from a canceled order within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging within this time. We offer refunds if products arrive to us within the 2 weeks period. For more information on canceling orders and returning items contact us. If orders arrive to us after 14 days but no longer then 60 days a store credit can be granted. We do not refund after 14 days. A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returned products excluding postage and handling fee. A genuine reason has to be given for your returned products otherwise a restocking fee will be charged. If you cancel an order and a refund is issued, please allow 7-14 days for refund to take place as this is managed by our accountant.
Magazines cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Shipping fee is calculated automatically in the shopping cart which is made out of postage fee, registered post,insurance fee, packaging , handling fee and credit card/bank fees. If you wish to browse the Survival Arms website, you are not required to enter any personal information, you will remain anonymous during your entire visit. To place an order with Survival Arms you must be a registered customer. So that we can provide the services you are requesting, during the registration process you will be asked your name, e-mail address, physical and delivery address and phone numbers. Survival Arms takes measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure or alteration. We also destroy or permanently de-identify personal information when you tell us that it is no longer required. The types of measures we take vary with the type of information, and how it is collected and stored.WARRANTY: The buyer is responsible for any delivery charges to and from destination. If product needs to be sent for warranty outside Australia, the buyer is also liable for delivery charges. We are happy to help with products under warranty. |
