Complete Jacket & Pants weight (Medium = 5 lbs.)We use a No-See-Um fabric for the inside lining. This feels smooth tothe skin so you can wear a T-shirt underneath. On the outside is aNylon netting. Attached to this netting is our Synthetic string. TheNylon netting allows you to add local vegatationto blend into your local surroundings. The cuffs on the jacket and pants each have cord-locks sewnin to keep the bugs out. The Jacket has a draw cord on the attached hood, and a draw cord at the waist. The Jacket has azipper, and there is a flap that covers the zipper. Velcro is sewnin to secure the flap, covering the zipper. The Pants have Elastic sewn in the waist for added comfort, andMost Importantly, Belt Loops!
Our Ghillie suits that are built with the Jutethread attached are all sprayed with a fire-retardant.Our Jute based Ghillie kits come withone application of a dry fire-retardant powderthat the customer mixes with water and appliesto their finished suit. Our Jute based Ghillie suits have beentested by Intertek Labtest regarding FederalFlammability standards (REV 16 CFR 1610section 35 / ASTM D1230), and have beenclassified as “Class 1” Normal Flammability.Warning! Jute thread is flammable. Pleaseavoid open flames, sparks, or other items thatcould ignite the material. Do not smoke whilewearing your suit. All of our wearable garmentsare sprayed with a Fire-retardant spray.All Ghillie kits come with one lb. of a DryFire-retardant powder that the customer mixeswith water and applies to his/her suit. Werecommend Dry cleaning only. If you washyour suit with water, the fire-retardant must bere-applied. We offer the Dry Fire-retardant onour website for re-applying to your suit.
