Put additional fire power quickly within your reach. Lightweight, plastic shell carrier and aluminum mounting plate attach to the side of the receiver without permanent alterations or gunsmithing. SPECS: Shell Holder - nylon plastic, black. Mounting Plate - aluminum, black, matte finish. 6-¾" (17cm) long, 5.3 oz. (152 g) wt. (6-round). Includes mounting screws, pins and instructions.
SideSaddle® Shotshell Carrier The patented TacStar SideSaddle mounts 6 extra rounds on your shotgun in a convenient and accessible location for fast reloading. The Hytrel® polymer shell carrier is attached to an aluminum mounting plate that installs directly on the shotgun receiver. All mounting screws are included, no gunsmithing required. Installation is easy, and in most cases requires no alterations to the shotgun. Note: some field grade shotguns may require a modification to the shotgun’s forend. Shotguns using the TacStar pistol grip forend do not require modification.

Customer Reviews:Michael KAY (Saturday, 11 October 2008)Rating:  Great idea, good product, had a few problems with install, one screw (important) appeared to have the wrong thread, but I retapped the gun and it all came together a usefull and a pleasing outcome. Just a little concerned if I have to remove the screw from the gun in the future as the receiver is only alloy, now no chance to reinstall standard screw.rn |
